Time: 10am for 11am Start

WTQA members , instructors and schools and Non-members are invited to participate in this festive event to foster an intense atmosphere of Chinese New Year festival, to showcase their passions and to raise awareness of this symbolic Chinese Martial Art. Envisage a huge display of Chinese Martial Artists from multiple cultural groups performing this astonishingly beautiful rhythm of movements.

Location: Box Hill Central, White House Road. ( Road closed for event)

Participants please gather in front of China Bank .

 21st WTQA Wushu Tai Chi Qigong Festival 2019

This year’s WTQA Festival has been cancelled due to the lack of resources needed to present the event.

If you have experience in event planning and organisation, data collection and sorting, people management and traffic flow, please come along to the AGM and jump on the committee. Planning for next year’s event will get underway as soon as members are available and able to support the event.




Congratulations and thanks to all who shared the day with us at the 20th WTQA Festival - the longest running annual wushu, tai chi and qigong competition in Australia. Looking forward to celebrating our 21st Festival next year with the help of our new-found friends and sponsors! (Last weekend every August - mark your calendar!)
